(Instant Camper? hint, hint!) There is a UNIMOG built for every conceivable need! UNIMOGs are a very serious pieces of equipment for the money! We import both Diesel and Gasoline Powered UNIMOGs. The most common model seen in the US is the 404S. This is an inexpensive yet VERY SERIOUS Vehicle. These 404S UNIMOGs are powered by a 6 cyl. 80-bph 2.2 Liter gasoline engine. 404S UNIMOGs have a 6 speed/2 reverse gearbox and true shift-on-the-fly 4WD & true shift-on-the-fly Differential Locks! They feature 30 Degree Opposed Axle Twist, 43 Degree Side Slope and a Rapid-Rate Coil-Spring Suspension. The Frame is designed to give 15% Twist and the Gear Reduction Hubs provide an astonishing 18 Inches of Ground Clearance WITHOUT SACRIFICING STABILITY! Oh, yes... Three and One Half FOOT Water Fording with NO SPECIAL PREP is kinda' nice, too!
